DatocWitten Group has produced this event since 2010 and has significantly expanded the event which now enjoys the participation of over 600 guests at the McLean Hilton and raises over $400,000.  DatocWitten Group provides turnkey event management, committee management, fundraising and auction management services and fully staffs the seating and registration process for the event.  The Community Foundation was looking for a cost effective partner to establish the brand, streamline event logistics, produce an event that has the WOW factor and significantly increase the fundraising outcomes for the event.  DatocWitten Group has worked closely with the Foundation to develop the Sweet Home Virginia Brand for the Gala and design a program that produces an entertaining event that stays within budget parameters and ends at a reasonable hour.  DatocWitten Group also introduced a fundraising committee which has dramatically increased the friend raising and fundraising power of the Gala.  Honorees have included Booz Allen Hamilton, Washington Gas and BB&T.
